Wusik - Out Of The Box is a soundset released in partnership with Wusik.com. WilliamK gave me permission to sample a selection of my presets for Wusikstation. The idea is to make the sounds of Wusikstation available to those who use other instruments.
I multi-sampled 100 of my own presets and broke them down into 4 categories:
Atmospheres: 27 sounds as SFZ and stereo WAV files, 460 Mb
SciFi: 17 sounds as SFZ and stereo WAV files, 222 Mb
Synth Keys Other: 36 sounds as SFZ and stereo WAV files, 443 Mb
Vox: 20 sounds as SFZ and stereo WAV files, 459 Mb (the Vox presets here are actually the inspiration for starting the Incantations soundsets.)
for a total of 1.54 Gb of samples.
Each sound can be anywhere from 10 seconds to almost 50 seconds long, as some of the presets sampled were rather long WavSequences. All sounds are looped. There are single sound presets for Dimension Pro, Rapture and .nki files for Kontakt V2 and above, as well as single sound presets for Wusikstation V6.0.0 and above. These sounds will play in any instrument that can load SFZ and.or WAV files.
There is also a .sf2 (soundfont) version that includes 4 mono .sf2 files:
Atmospheres: 27 mono, multi-sampled sounds, 229 Mb
SciFi: 17 mono, multi-sampled sounds, 111 Mb
Synths Keys Other: 36 mono, multi-sampled sounds, 221 Mb
Vox: 20 mono, multi-sampled sounds, 229 Mb
for a total of 790 Mb of .sf2 files.
These sounds will play in any instrument that can load .sf2 (soundfont) files.
