How to Select the number of Notes by Phrase

Hello i need know how to select the number of notes by phrase in melody generator
Example:

Verse(16 beats)
line 1 : 8 notes melody generador 1(4 beats))
line 2: 6 notes melody generador 2 (4 beats))
line 3: 8 notes melody generador 3(4 beats))
line 4: 6 notes melody generador 4 (4 beats))

the subdivision by beats

Welcome to the forum

I cannot directly answer your question as my version of RC (BETA) crashes when trying to prepare a response for you. You will adjust this on a properties page of the generator (right click on the phrase to open the dialog). Unfortunately I cannot go further to help at this time due to the crash experiences.

I encourage you to visit the home page of RC and take a look at the menu of support items on the left side.

You will find videos created by a user, Chris Caulder, that are extrememly helpful and the user manual. Once you understand the methods used it becomes second nature.

Hello Jorge,

the melody generator uses the rhythm (and thus the number of notes) provided by the rhythm generator.
If you check the phrase properties (small magic stick icon at the top), you can set the 'Density' parameter which controls the number of notes for Generic and Probabilistic rhythm. For other rhythm generators, e.g. 'Subdivision' the 'number of subdivisions' influence the number of notes.
You can edit the rhythm manually if you wish.
