It's a block of aluminium, looks heavier than it is. The cabling however (not visible here), is very thick and heavy and more of a problem.

Wooow. Can you relate their sound to the SR80s? I have those.

Hard to describe, I had 325's before.

Sound is extremely wide-band, natural and crispy (I mean really crispy). Lots of fun for sure. Feels a bit like sitting right in the throat of your favourite singer.

I use a SPL Phonitor to drive the whole thing (and a benchmark DAC before), I can recommend a dedicated headphone amp with those, it's well worth it (check the Lehmanaudio linear series for a good offer).
