V25+"Xpand2!"?!

Just bought the V25, very nice product. It is said to come with L9 lite and "Xpand2!" bundled: "Just download it and authorize it once sent via email" (at least, that's what's written on the coupon). I've been trying to get the authorisation code for days now: called them, tried to register my product, filled all the possible forms, sent them V25 serial number, emailed support etc. Given two alternative addresses, controlled anti-spam folder... Never received a single email from them. Am I missing smth?

It sounds like your being incorrectly identified by Alesis as US customer. There is a different process for international customers which kicks in if your seen as having that IP.

One more question. Since I own a mac, too: may I install it twice with the same auth. code (PC and Mac) or I need a new one?
