1.0 Rev C internal conectors problem, need advice

Hi,
1.0 Rev C is frequently not starting up. After some googling around, I opened the lid and have thumbs all the various connectors which temporarily seems to solve the issue. he problem is, I can't go doing that every time I want to use it. Can anyone offer advice on which the most likely connection problem is so I can look into trying to find a more permanent fix (which is not buying a Receptor 2). Any more specific information on what I should do would be even nicer.
