What to do with an iPad and Windows 8?

So, my wife's iPad has been more or less discarded since her company got her a MacBook Air. I thought I'd put it to use. I don't need any instruments, but I thought some controllers would be cool, or even an interesting sequencer that will sync to midi clock. The issue is I'm on Windows 8 64 bit. I think it does have Bluetooth. Suggestions?

Liine Lemur?
B-Step Sequencer or Analog Midi Sequencer? (demonstrated by Alba Ecstacy)

And, of course, Animoog, which usually goes on sale for Black Friday.
You only think you "don't need any instruments)

Depends on what you already have. Touchable if you use live is great. If you have alchemy their ipad app is awesome, and not only does it contain sounds but you can link it with the vst and use it as a controller
Some other midi type controllers, chordy, soundprism pro, thesys, arp pro, arpeggiate, chordion, navichord
those should all work of wifi with rtpmidi
Then you get in to the usual synths, like animoog, nave, thor, there are tons. My personal fave that I usually jump to is gadget, nice all in one app, though pricey, Id check for a black friday or winter sale. It will also export out to wave and ableton live sets

There are some pretty comprehensive remote control apps for DAWs.

If you are going to buy something for your iPad now might be a good time
