Can't really vote since Hive isn't out yet. :)

Usually I don't care about those polls, but I could not stand the fact, that nobody voted for Zebra + Ace -
so I had to chime in...

I've chosen Zebra for it's flexibility and Ace for it's dirty analog, modular character
(I'd chose Ace over Diva any day for this reason... Bazille is not bad either, but hey, I had to limit it for two synths, right ?)

Cheers

Ace is analog sounding to you? Or did you mean dirty digital modular sounding?

Opposite to what is usually meant by "analog sound", analog synths can sometimes provide sounds that sound quite "digital". E.g. when it comes to very clear metallic harmonic content in the high mids & topend.
And that's for sure a quality ACE has.
(while it's not my most used synth, i love this little beast, specially for those sounds with a touch of hi-fi-metallic-spectral content)

Zebra for the weekdays, Bazille for the weekends ;)
