HELP Synth1, Where to download on computer, where to put sound banks. So confused.

Okay, SO I have synth1. But I seem to be having immense trouble getting a sound bank loaded into it. And getting it to stay. I think I am not placing all the files in the right spots on my computer.

I have a Mac

Where should everything be saved at? the synth itself, a bank folder, and the banks themselves. This probably sounds like a dumb question, but apparently the obvious is not correct.
