I do know that they have massive server traffic when sales are on so if it's only been a couple of hours you may have to be a little patient.

i got the serial and instal the vst but it wont work on ableton i cant see it

The dev actually asks people to use the support email address as he's not here very often.

Make sure you downloaded and installed the correct version. 32 bit or 64 bit.

When I bought Synthmaster for PC some time ago, I got an E-mail from the dev with the serial.

If the dev is handling each license manually, this might not be automatically delivered at once you have paid, but will happen when the dev has had a chance to issue the license.
