Liked the melody and chord voicings. You use a drum breakdown to mimic a chorus or song bridge.
I`m never comfortable hearing that when there is a full 4 bar melody. You call it electronica, but it really is not, and for me, asks for a standard song structure to be complete. New age can get away with using a single melody without a western pop structure...but not the same as electronica imho. Kraftwerk set the tone for electronica with melody. They can repeat the melody for many bars, but will go off in a non-melodic direction for awhile, breaking off from the song format, then later bring in a recap of the song melody towards the close. This gives freedom from the popular song structure.
So, my point, try to make a structured song or make something that doesn`t only say one 4 bar phrase over and over and over.
EDIT: for example this electronica/new age piece uses 8 bars to resolve itself.
Then adds some other sounds, breaks and lead type sounds to add interest and distract from the repeating of the two 4 bar sets.

I like it.
The bass is a nice support in the second part.
Seems you are not really confident with your guitars.
For me, they could be more present in the mix.
The question of the structure is a question of taste.
Light, soft and always interesting ? Yes it is.
The general atmosphere is nicely "Arms and Sleepers"'ish....

@annode: Thanks for your detailed feedback! Gonna have to listen to the track when I'm at home again. Well, I'm not really that good with genres and stuff - so, "electronica" was my first association... so far I haven't found a better description for my tracks...
@Alias9593: Thank you very much for your kind words! I decided to keep the guitars a little bit in the background, as I don't wanted them to be too dominant! Thanks for the heads-up - I'm gonna listen to Arms and Sleepers asap!
