I try to find any cymbal sound library or vst especially for reverse cymbal. I have Hand Crash vst but its not what I want. Please give me your suggestion.

Have you tried just reversing a cymbal sample in your DAW?

There is a bunch of reversed cymbals and other things in MORPHESTRA GENERATIONS.

Output Rev for Kontakt has some timed reversed cymbals. (And lots of reversed other things too.) It's a Kontakt Player instrument.

VST for cymbal (reverse cymbal)
