No it only installs what you select.
No, it installs all the plugins to a location. After that you enable plugins for your host (and they get placed in the folder you selected during install).

The Waves and Plug&Mix let you choose beforehand what is installed. (and you have to run the installer again if you want to add/remove plugins)

See a few pages back. Extract the installer with ie. 7-zip and only copy the needed dll to the right place...
