Is there a plugin that randomize Regions order?

Let say I have a recorded wav sample that contains these regions:

3 3 3 2 2 4 4 4 4

where every number stands for the divisor of a beat (i.e. 3=1/3 beat; 4=1/4 beat, and so on).
So in the example above I've exactly 3 beat. Each number means a region.

I'd like to re-order them randomly, keeping the lenght of the sample (so, 3 beats after the ordering), such as:

4 4 2 3 2 4 3 3 4.

Is there a tool around that does it? I come from Image-Line tools, but both Edison or Slicex can't do this task.
Any VSTs around?

Reaper with the SMS extension can do this. You can split an audio file on project markers then randomise the timing and/or position of each of the regions.

I'm not sure you'll find a plugin that can do the same.

Maybe Egoist? I'll have to look again, but just going by memory, I think it had a randomize function.

LiveSlice has a randomizer

Egoist has "randomizers in all areas" ...

It's always astonishing what REAPER can do and what I didn't know at all, even after many years of using it... :o

Thanks to all!

Well...

LiveSlice seems to be offline (at least, the download link).
Looperator is an FX (such as GrossBeat): I don't like to manage audio streaming here.

Egoist looks nice! But it can't load the Regions/Markers stored in the sample (saved with FL Studio) :(
