been messing with Hive beta
really enjoying it
but the FX on/off switches make no sense
their position is not relative to the controls
eg: the first two switches are distort and delay
but the first two FX are either:
distort and chorus
or
distort and reverb
this is quite difficult for language impaired people (dyslexia etc.)
who use pattern recognition techniques to get around
i understand that the FX are positioned according to real estate and aesthetics
but i do think the order of the switches should be revised
great product once you get into it
nice and light on cpu too

You can drag the FX on/off boxes up and down to re-order them (signal flow from top to bottom). You can drag distort all the way to the bottom for example, to happen after reverb, or drag chorus to the start etc. Thus it could be tricky to have the controls follow the switches within the current hexagon/GUI.
This is why it might appear that their positions make no sense relative to the controls at first.
