how do I set up two tracks, e.g., midi1 and midi2, in order to send midi notes from track midi1 to midi2, for instance to play same notes on two different racks or record the output of track 1 in track 2?

To send midi from rack A to rack B you can set the output of rack A to rack B. Alternatively you can insert a "Send to rack B" in rack A at the the relevant point (=slot).

I managed to send midi notes from one rack using Nora, a midi arpeggiator able to send midi sequences on different midi channels, to two other racks playing different synths. Thank you.
How do I enforce the two synth racks to listen to different individual midi channels so that they play two different sequences from the Nora rack?

Yes i would also think about using a MUX Modular to setup what you want, including the arp and synth racks.
