Greetings... and thanks for the amazing plugin. I'm still finding new and unique uses for Patchwork, and can't imagine how I worked without it, before.
I do have a couple of requests, if you are interested in some feedback:
- Allow Audio Inputs and plugin outputs to be used as Sidechain sources for plugin chains.
- Add a transport controller to the standalone version that can act as master or be clock slave.
I'm sure I'll have more as I dig even deeper... this thing is incredible.

About the first item, have you checked the PatchWork 1.7 Preview? It is all about flexible audio i/o routing, and you should definitely be able to do that.
We are also thinking about adding some kind of transport controller for plug-ins that sync with transport for start/stop, but you can already set the tempo in the audio prefs pane is that's what you need.
