WHat kind of PA system should I get to not get ripped off.

I need to get a pair of PA speakers and I want to do shows at small venues.
Ableton Live 8 Suite 64 Bit, Sylenth1 64 Bit,Rapture, Zeta+2,Synthmaster, Dimenison Pro, Mo' Phatt. and Waves plugs.
