Hello
I want to share some news that may be of interest to some of you. We have released the first bass amp for ReValver 4, modelled after David Ellefson's own amplifier along with some other great tools for bass players, and we have included some presets dialed by David himself.

"The David Ellefson Artist Bundle for Peavey ReValver is now available! In addition to models of the bass gear Ellefson has played to sold-out audiences all over the world, the bundle features a bank of presets personally created by Ellefson that recreate the sought-after signature sounds from throughout his career. Visit http://revalver.peavey.com to learn more!"

Jose, I'm really liking this bundle, so thanks. But, whatever happened to the 8x10 cab? It's in all of the pictures for this bundle when it was originally announced, but MIA on delivery. Also, any ETA on the ACT modules?

Keep the new models coming!

I didn't think much of this when it was announced......but I like this A LOT. I was never big on the ACT input to use in distorted guitars, but the bass ACT inputs are great. Good job.

Thank you for the kind comments!
Regarding the 8x10 cab, we have other bass content ready to be released, but we don't know when this particular cab is coming.
Once again, thank you for the interest.

Hey Jose...I have a couple of questions, if you would be so kind as to answer them for me...

1.If I buy the Producer pack do i still have to buy the David Ellefson Bundle in order to get the bass modules?
2. Is there an upgrade path for Revalver III?

Yes to both questions. The Ellefson bundle is separate, and when you look at the Producer Bundle in the Amp Store on the Revalver site, there is a link to register your v.III in order to get a discount.

Can we demo the Ellefson bundle?

AFAIK yes, as long as you have the latest R4 version installed all content should be there (with a red D next to the item) and will run in demo mode.

Great thank you guys! One last one, do the effects (reverb etc) come in a module or do I need the producer pack?

Edit: no worries, answered my own question.

I just want to point something that may go unnoticed, or misinterpreted since we have this great metal legend associated with this content. The amp was modelled after David Ellefson's own amp and he did some killer presets with his bundle, but it is not just a bass metal amp (is there such thing?), it is in fact a VERY versatile amp, suited for any style as is the other bass related content we released. It is the first bass amp ever in the ReValver series and that is a milestone for us. We are very proud of it and we have more cool stuff to release... soon!
PS: Yes, all the bass content can be used in demo mode!

Yep, it's very versatile, and don't overlook the port and horn controls on the XL cab. They can bring some serious thump and bite to the table. The Grinder has a really wide range, too. From subtle tube grit, to full-on dirt. And I disagree that this is your first bass amp, I've been using the Basic 100 with some third party IR's for a long time. More bass gear is a good thing, though!

This looks pretty cool and glad to see the efforts applauded. It would be nice if we could get Ampeg and Gallien-Krueger bass cabinets as well aside from Hartke alone. Though i imagine the team plans to develop more in thr future. Hope this gets passed along by demand :) Cheers!

Finally a BASS amp. Hope you'll model more of them in the near future !

EDIT : Just bought !

After testing it all during 1 hour, I bought it all ! All the amps, cabs, pedals and effects, except the ACT stuff which I find no use for the way I work.

Great stuff guys, the modeling is top notch, and the high gain stuff is badass ! I'm pleased !
