VIRUS and OSX (logic X)...

Can anyone remind me the workaround for preventing Virus initializing its patches every time it is connected to a DAW in OSX, in my case in Logic X? I didn't use VIrus for quite a while (but I did in the same setup many times), and do not remember what I did to stop it, but read on some forums. Now cannot find it...
Of course I let it initialize, which takes around 40 minutes, but it starts again when I connect it next time.
every time I connect this stuff I get an impression it's not made for a digital era. all those sync, glitches, USB hub problems...
maybe time to get rid and buy next VST?..

sounds like a file permission issue, but I can't remember where the cache is stored

here they suggest reinstalling driver, or contact support.

so...
1.driver reinstalled, to the latest beta, but works fine
2. firmware updated
3. virus initialised (once)
for now works like a charm, does not initialize patches every time I start the plugin. nonetheles i still do not understand why virus causes so many problems (sync, usb hub, glitches). maybe it's just in its dna...
