Midi merge what do you mean? I am unshure on how what you mean by midi merge
desktop: windows 10 x64, i5 4690k, 32gb ram 1600mhz, 2x ssd 128 gb +2x3 tb, asus gtx 970, asus proz gamer motherboard, no external audiocard
laptop: windows 10 x64, i7 mq4700, 12gb ram 1600mhz, 1 tb, asus gt 750

To be precise I meant a device that can merge several live midi streams into another device.

That's the weird thing I also bumped into. Instrument container passes through midi if you out an empty layer into it but it doesn't pass on midi coming from a note receiver.

Note receiver is only an on off switch unfortunately :( Now if note receiver could send all midi data out that would be amazing!

Maybe a midi layer that passed midi data through soo we could put multiple note recievers inside
