I have a new computer and I can't figure out how to re-download the plug-ins I bought, nor do I know how to retrieve my serial number in order to re-authorize my old plug-ins. I found the plug-ins in my Pro Tools plug-ins folder, but I can't use them, as they require a serial number again.

I looked for a "my account" page on the Blue Cat website, but I can't seem to find one. My other plug-ins from Toontrack, IK, Izotope, etc. all have web pages I can use to re-download and re-authorize. I need to make this happen for my Blue Cat plug-ins, but I am painfully lost when trying to accomplish the feat.

Please help.

Hi Tony,

as explained by email, there is indeed no user area on the website. However the link and authorizations received upon purchase are still valid. We have just resent you the registration email in case you cannot find it.
