can i do this with the latest version?
1) assign velocity, note repeat, note shift to the three encoders?
2) can i enter parameter changes for velocity, note repeat, note repeat like pressing a step button and adjusting the parameter through these 3 encoders?

Sorry for the late answer !
In attachment i've made a screen shot of all available parameters for those knobs.
Pressing a step and a pad at the same time will set the step velocity.
In the future update that we are going to release soon we have added this feature :
With "Move" and "Devide" knobs you can access repeat and shift parameter of any step.
Simply press a step and "move" knob and you will access shift parameter for this step.
Simply press a step and "divide" knob and you will access repeat parameter for this step.
