Sounds like a distorted lead filtered. Try a lead with distortion and saturation and resonance that is moving through the frequency spectrum (Via LFO) and then run it through another filter.

-Sylenth1 with only one oscillator in Saw mod (8 voices - high phase - low detune - stereo)
-Chorus
-Very low cutoff
-Envelop mod A with Cutoff AB (A,D,S,R near mid)
-LFO fast (linked with cutoff AB)
