I have noticed that some developers have some really nice audio demos of their synths on their sites, while others don't.

For instance I love #5 on the Sylenth playlist, I have listened to it a couple of times now, it is really beautiful. Actually, it reminds me of a song, but I just can't seem to remember which one, I think it is by Madredeus. I will go and check my old Madredeus playlist on YT...

I also like #5 of the Dune 1 audio demos a lot.

Which other developers have audio demos that have some musical beauty to them? :)

PS: Found the song, it is Ajuda by Madredeus :)
PPS: The piece from the Sylenth site is also on Youtube:

The bell has tolled for albums....now singles are on the endangered species list.....developer demos are the new Hit Parade!!!

-2caudio has amazing demos showing off Aether and B2. Especially check out "Aether Synth Sine Mel Wet" if you can find it.
-While not strictly an audio demo, if you look for Eric Persings Trilian video demonstration (3 parts), there is some amazing stuff there.
-There are a few very cool demos of Poly-Ana on the Admiral Quality site (especially the more experimental tunes like sickbay)

NI used to have amazing demo years back but now they are fairly generic a lot of the time.

Many sample library developers have great demos like Spitfire Audio, Cinesamples (check out the cinestrings demos), soundiron etc.

Good Hertz has some great demos, very well produced.

As mentioned above, 2CAudio has some as well.

I was just thinking of this as I was visiting a couple sites (that shall remain nameless) yesterday that had some terrible demos (IMO of course).

Lennardigital definitely has great demo tracks on his website. The Audjoo Helix demos are nice as well. Tone2's demos always makes me think the factory presets are bad, but in fact the factory presets of Electra2 are great... another company whose sound demos don't live up to the quality of their synths is IMO Waldorf. Very few demos i like on their site...

No real developers demos, but Aiyn Zahev's preset demos are awesome, and get better with every soundset he releases. Those are a really good showcase for those plugins. Quite processed, but then, that's the context you'd use them in anyway.

Actually these are quite good.... A couple of the tracks I forgot I was checking to see what the effects were doing and was instead listening to the composition. I need to make a donation... Just good stuff all-around! :tu:

well, i generally like most of audio demos coming from Aiyn Zahev - I guess he has strong (uplifting) trance backround which makes him good at melodies, backgrounds and bringing the whole together :)

I've made demos for a few different synths: OP-X Pro II, Saurus, Rayblaster, and Synthmaster.
There are some other demos in this list of tracks that I like, and actually one of these is mine (hehe)

I also like this Synthmaster demo track by Insigna:

Another place to hear demos (mainly of free synths) is in the OSC here on KVR.
One month they said you could use any synth you wanted, and there were some really great tracks in there:

Also when they had the HIVE OSC:
