I really like your song, nice one.

However 2 things have caught my attention :
-The volume is very low (not a big deal)
-There are some frequencies missing or too weak

You can see on spectrum there is a gap between mid-low (500Hz) and mid-high (2kHz). I think you should add a synth inside these frequencies.

what VST are you using to check out the freq response ?

abyssin is right on the 500hz-2khz dip. i would also cut back on compression.
as it is now it sounds very constrained with so much compression combined with a low recording level.

ok, nvm...it must be the sidechain "pumping" compression i'm hearing. i've never liked that technique. it always sounds like a battery powerd amplifier cranked all the way up with weak batteries to me

So I went back in with your advices in mind and re-mixed it and this it the outcome.

Firstly i made the song louder, added a bit of freqs between 500-2000, i got rid of some of the high end so that the drums could cut through a bit more.

But I've been adding and decreasing the loudness of the high end and I'm never satisfied with the outcome, If i add some i think it's to much and if i take some of the high end away I start to think that the track is to dull.

So can anybody please tell me if it sound okay haha

sounds a little better frequency wise.. still seeing too much energy in the 25 - 50hz and the 5khz frequencies
also still too much compression, even for a dance track...i'm seeing 5.5 in the DR meter.
7 should be the max to shoot for.

Such a good feedback from you always Layzer, that you take your time and check all these details for people is amazing!.

Im gonna leave the track like this on my soundcloud for now since its atleast listenable but see if i cant fix what you mention, just for me in the daw.

Layzer do you produce your own music? if so id love to hear it
