Hi everybody,

Bitwig Studio 1.1.11 is online. Here is the list of changes:

FIXED - Polysynth doesn't play the same sound when you want in repetition.
FIXED - Roland VSTs crash audio engine.
FIXED - Application might not start on OSX when a non-local URL is in the clipboard.
FIXED - Engine freeze when creating an audio track after loading a specific project.
FIXED - Wrong raw playback with activated arrangement loop.
FIXED - Connecting Arturia BeatStep Pro breaks listing of connected MIDI controllers on OSX.
FIXED - Open plugin GUIs don't disappear when deactivating the engine.
FIXED - Crash when loading MIDI file with tempo events.
FIXED - Writing automation for switch parameters such as the sustain pedal was resulting in ramps instead of straight edges.
FIXED - Tooltips would sometimes hang around on the screen when they shouldn't.
FIXED - Stopping the playback in the middle of a sustain-pedaled note playing creates hanging note.

Looks like this is what I so clumsily tried to explain as a bug in the last version. Thanks for looking into and solving the issue. Always feels good when the Devs are listening.

I do not want to spoil the mood of liveliness , less but Tooltips still hanging around .

mouse scroll functions would be beautifully. Volume Fader ?

maybe a luxury problem , but a cheap one

I to had a hanging tooltip with 1.1.11.

I had Bitwig open on a second monitor, there was a Window "over" Btiwig a bit. I mainly had focus on the first monitor which was IDEA but it seems like when I moved my cursor over the second open window on screen two where bitwig didn't have focus and then moved the cursor back onto IDEA on the first monitor, the "Stop" tooltip showed up and hung over the second window.

It's really an odd issue, the more I see it the more I think it has to do with Bitwig showing a tooltip when it doesn't have application focus and thus doesn't get rid of it.

Just a guess.

Can't make it happen like that. As soon as another window has the focus, i can't get any Bitwig tooltips, even if the Bitwig GUI is not covered at all by the other window?
