It is a work in progress, so don't expect miracles from the sound clip i will post here today.
In my opinion what makes the sound is 50% OB-X, 30% effects, 20% studio magic.
From looking at the waveform i noticed that most probably (correct me if i am wrong) it was double tracked at least at the start of the song, because left side is about ~38 miliseconds late, so i use 2 Xhips for that reason.
In some old Jump thread someone posted a very good clip of Diva + real analog guitar amplifier nailing the sound almost perfectly.
In my attempt i did not use a guitar amplifier, but just a tube overdrive and an EQ.
And of course some delay and reverb.
Should be obvious enough but i will say it anyway: Xhip is on the left, Van Halen on the right.
