Oh, strange that only the mac version is 64bit. You don't see that often!

Right - the thread is about the beta.Echoes in the Attic wrote:The latest 1.1 beta is 64 bit.chk071 wrote:It's only the 1.1 beta which is 32-bit only. The stable version 1.0.20 IS 64-bit. There was confusion about that in another thread here too.PatchAdamz wrote:Such a great synth to be only 32 bit....

Is that a way of differentiating 1.0.02 from 1.0.20? I just thought the zero was unnecessary.chk071 wrote:1.0.20*

Well, version 1.0.20 is something different than 1.0.2. 18 versions inbetween: http://www.reveal-sound.com/downloads/d ... ngelog.txt

It's confusing. Maybe they should have just sticked to the 1.x scheme. But maybe they have big plans for version 2, so they thought they'd run out of version numbers.

Reveal Sound does have a wishlist of features intended for Spire, including a granular engine, so yeah that kinda makes sense.chk071 wrote:It's confusing.
