A customer who owns a MAC has purchased my Synthmaster sound library and he is running into the problem of some patches not making sound.
He sent me a screen print of his documents folder where Synthmaster is but it looks different from Windows where I delete the Synthmaster and Synthmastertemp27 folders in order to fix.
I need to know what the procedure is for fixing this problem on a MAC so I can get back to the customer and fix his problem.
