Compatibility with 2.21 and 3.0?

If I have a project in Logic Pro X with Sylenth1 3.0 and my friend have Logic Pro X with Sylenth1 2.21 (with a bridge) he can open my project without any problems?

Why doesn't your friend just update to 3.0?

Because he doesn't like the new color! No, he have problem with sustained note, it happened to me sometimes.
