Hi folks,

since the last weekend I've started migrating from Win98SE / Cubase VST 5.1 to WinXP / CubaseSX 1.01. So I re-installed Cubase 5.1, Cubase SX and all my plugins, incl those from LinPlug, on XP.

But with daOrgan, both version 1.02 and the brand new 1.03 from yesterday, I discovered a strange behaviour:

In Cubase5.1 on XP, daOrgan does not appear in the list of VST instruments, but instead I can select in as an Insert effect! In CubaseSX, it appears as an instrument! Both pointing to the same VstPlugin directory, and so both loading the same daOrgan dll!

Has anybody else discovered this strange behaviour? Peter is a bit helpless...

The other LinPlug VSTi's I have (DeltaIII, CronoX, RM-III, ElementP) doesn't show this behaviour.

I had the same problem with RM3,Cubase 5.1 and Win XP a few weeks ago.
The only way to get things going again was to
install everything (yes, everything...)new.
Now everything works fine.

In the meantime, I had to reinstall my complete system... And now it works. So it really seemed to be an installation problem.
