Hi everyone,
I've been testing some theoretical analog emulation on some tracks I've done previously.
In this instance: Thoughtless.
This track is compressor free, Limiter free.
This comes from the album entitled: I love My Mother Anne J Langford
I'm hoping for the best for my mother - she was diagnosed as having a chronic and fatal illness. So I can only hope the diagnosis was wrong and she'll pull through.
Albeit, My humble offering to her is this album.
finally,
Thoughtless 2.0:

got a bit lossy due to reverb halfway thru and a riff goes out of phase.
I'll update this file in a few.

The web filter I'm behind is blocking the site I place my files on - But I'll update this when I can. Thanks for listening.
The new version is better than my expectations. Btw, forum mods and admins - I'm changing the image size to 400 width for cd cover images to decrease the bulge created by cd cover jpg's. Ciao.

Hi guys - Thought I'd add Bdenney to the list of contributing artists. I never released this commercially. Made it in 2013. If you want a feel of what it would sound like - Check out the original at:

Hi everyone, I've updated this file on my server - And when you listen, due to it's lack of mid, side and punch as well as various other methods invented since the 40's you'll feel like you're really there.
I've tested this on the old fashioned loudspeakers without any reverberation (Inset half cones). There is no terminal feedback as there is no limiter. Please enjoy a glimpse back into the audio potential of the early 1900's.
Here is the link once again:

I've made a post in regards to the "method" I use to emulate oldschool analog. It's easy and free (assuming you have the time to equalize and master). Please enjoy.
