From their site. "McDSP plug-ins require an iLok2 USB Smart Key for authorization. AAX, AU and VST plug-ins require the use of an iLok2."

...yeah I saw that...just hoping against hope. Bit the bullet anyway, and in the process learned to shop at JRRShop. The 99 ----> 84 because of a group buy I wasn't even expecting. Now I need a dongle (I thought I already had one)
