Is there a way to use keyboard tracking to control parameters? I'm trying to use keytracking to change the speed of an LFO. Faster LFO the higher you play on the keyboard. I'm missing how to do that.

Yeah, enable the Notes tab in the midi section and configure LFO speed change with notes there. Translation between notes and values is pretty basic there, if you want more control you can go via a multiparameter (connect notes to a multiparameter and let the multiparameter control LFO speed, this way you can do more fancy stuff).
Notice all of this is global, or monophonic in other words. Meaning the LFO speed will be changed according to the last pressed key but it affects all held notes also.
