Yep, they need to manually generate and supply. Well maybe not generate, but definitely supply.

I guess AD are US based so you might need to wait a few hours yet.

Just bought it myself and this message came up:

There could be a case for some kind of sticky around here for plugins bought either through resellers or manually filled orders. Not saying this is the case in this thread at all, but there's been quite a few jumping-the-gun-and-bad-mouthing-devs threads lately related to this - irresponsible stuff really and encourages paranoia.

I agree, however in this case the OP was just asking rather politely out of curiousity.
No bad mouthing in this instance IMO.

I didn't get any response from them.

I read it on their page. After purchasing I came back to a order confirmed page, where that message was.
So, no worries...
