While responding to another thread I had to look around to find how to select a parameter in the window. I then realised that I was much more used to clicking the [+] button at the top of the parameter list to open the "Select a parameter" window (as for Multiparameters).
Can this button be added to the 3 tabs of the MIDI settings window?
And those disabled "Globals - Gain" items be removed?
The Delete button would be handy too - as I could not find a way to remove a parameter (as opposed than disable it).
This would make its operation more consistent with the Multiparameter window.
[Not urgent, but nice to have]

Sorry, no, it just doesn't work that way. The count is fixed.

Not even the [+] and Trash buttons at the top of the parameter list?

Nope sorry, cannot be done. The number of items is just fixed. Backward compatibility & automation reasons.
