How to make a kick drum "punch" harder?

Guys, with these great kickdrum tips, make sure that you have perfectly treated room and monitors which have flat responce down to 30 Hz :?

Otherwise it's better to stick to pretreated kick samples from a decent library.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try
