Hi I'm having a problem with Extreme Sample Converter when I go to sample
Hardware or Software synthesizers it gives the message
Floating Point Division by Zero
I'm wondering how to fix this problem without reformatting because
this is a new PC and I don't have a Windows 7 CD to restore it nor
do I have an extra drive to put stuff on to save if I do factory reset
but I googled Floating Point Division by Zero and it said check the
event log for the application, where do I find the event log for
this application Extreme Sample Converter, do I find it somewhere
in Administrative Tools in Windows 7?

Contact the dev. It's got nothing to do with Windows or reformatting. Probably the file is corrupted. I'm also not really sure why you would insist it's a new PC if it's running Windows 7 (which is years old) and don't have an original disk.

Info found there is only good for the developer of the application. I agree it might be something funky in whatever you are converting, a loop with size zero maybe. Reinstalling the OS is certainly futile...
