Is it possible to bounce 2 (or more) clips to 1 ?

I just selected 2 clips, chose bounce, and it bounced each to its own clip. Not what I wanted.

Group those clips, select the metaclip that appears in the group parent, then bounce that.

You can also bounce that to another audio track if you want to un-group the clips afterward.

Thanks klavierr!!

No problem bud, always happy to help.

The most convinent way is like doing like gif below imo

Why? Because if you dont wana have groups for every bounce and you have to remove them outside group again after. Well up to your workflow how you wana use it.
But this way is for me.

I can not recreate what you are trying to do in the gif, It doesn't seem to be accurate for some reason, it bounces each track separately, do you right click on the timeline or the clips? plus when you usually choose bounce it gives you a "bounce option menu" before it starts rendering which didn't show in your gif. If you can elaborate more or maybe do a short vid it will be v helpful. Till now Klavierr's option seems to be the one that works just fine, this option should even be interesting if I don't need to group tracks to bounce.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks Coockie. Like sonson5, I had some trouble with this method as well. I may try later, but for now, have Klavierr's group method which I can get to work.

The weird thing is that its working just fine now!! this is v. weird, I think its a bug but I hope that they fix how irregular it is but the feature itself should remain, it is amazing! I wouldn't have known this option not in a million years on my own!

Thanks for sharing it and I will definitely try many times and let you know if there is any consistency.

I think you should share this in the tips and tricks thread, pretty useful tip and I think not lots of us are aware of it.

Again thanks Cookie! and Thanks Klavierr, the group option too is still pretty useful, I didn't know it existed.

:dog: Of course. I had completely forgotten the master track could contain clips, too.
Thank you so much for this. New go-to method from now on.

How does that work? I create a empty clip in the master track and bounce/bounce in place options are greyed out?

Oops, user error, was trying it in a project where the audio engine wasn't on ....

Good stuff.
