Yes, even in Kontakt it took way more time, than I expected.

I was having fun with Rekombinator yesterday. I just recorded a bunch of crash cymbal samples played in strange ways, layered some of them in a seamless loop and passed it through Rekombinator. Testing some extreme settings, I raised the voice limit to 900, but my CPU could only handle about 650, so it had to be rendered offline. It's single instrument instance, fade in/out and EQ applied to rendered file.

If you'd like to check the input loop file, here it is. Snapshot file is included, in case you have the instrument.

I see Kontakt Hub is running it on a sale at the moment.

Is there any upgrade price for user which bought the first version of Rekombinator?

I'm sure there was, it was handled by Kontakt Hub entirely, so best ask them.
