also in this case after selecting all notes i convert all notes to midi channel 1
this is why all notes turns to Red (means midi channel 1 on my note color map)

Can i ask one question, i have one arpeggio midi and i want to put this midi into RC to follow some chords, can i do this with RC and how?
I try this already but arpeggio don't follow chord, im sure I doing something wrong, but I don't know what

we have a wonderful Arpeggiator Generator now (in v3)
second:
in your case, you need to convert to relative form that arpeggio midi...
could you upload that midi file here i can try to show exact process how to import
and convert to relative form with a simple video demonstration.
