It's a very good set and the makro's you chose are very well chosen - I usually prefer to start without reverb and delay and then add a little just to add a bit of 3D and it's easy to be able to do this with a makro. There is one patch in there that is extremely close to a sound I have had in my head for a few years now - the beginning of the Transporter - so that makes the set a 'no-brainer' for me.
Thank's a lot for the feedback, Erik. Now that we can freely assign as many Makros a we like in Falcon (we had 8 in MachFive), I can add much more detailed controls, so the user gets as much control as musically/sonically necessary/sensible. With scripting I could even add more Macro pages, but no need for overkill...

And I think which kind bass flute sound you mean, it has been haunting me for days now (also last years when I sampled Andreas Mazur, who played the flutes for the HALion library), it's such a deep, warm and sonorous sound...

I got the Bass Flute Single fired up in Logic, so here's the fruits of my efforts this evening I used 4 sounds

The set is very rich, I have used a little delay and reverb on the keyslap flute otherwise they are pretty much as they were programmed..

waves break, but somehow it all makes sense.

Good work, TwoToneshuzz.
I personally prefer MassiveWave because you go towards the border of melodicity. Bassflute is indeed a 'hit with a bullett'.
I like Oud also a lot. Can't say anything about the other two yet. I first need some time for discovery, and who knows what may come next...

Thanks Erik, I'm trying to find a way to create a frame where both Simons Sounds come out to best advantage and some of my own compositional ideas can be developed and co-exist to mutual benefit..

Really nice working with the Bass Flute, I'm also impressed very impressed with Stick Cello, haven't explored the others in the Singles series yet ..

Already min the making: The Hang (pentatonic percussion instrument from Switzerland), this is a pretty huge one, 500+ samples, many of which I still have to cut/edit and then patchify.

Wow, that's lovely!

EDIT -> some really lovely/interesting chord progressions, very smooth appearance, beautiful spaces, nice flow.

EDIT: this has a great flow, like galactic waves then there is this little punctual sound searching for it's cause among all those floating sounds - whatever you have been eating lately, don't stop eating it, Wade :)

Thanks, I have more time to explore now and in the next week, so I guess rest and my own cooking will build my creative juices. But then your sounds have so much to offer so they are a big part of the success of the last track here...
