I searched the whole KVR forum and could not find a official thread for this little beast.
Because of this, i opened this thread, to concentrate the Lokomotiv lovers out there.
As a tribute for the freeware synth Lokomotiv by Archetype Instruments, i made also a new skin for this.
http://www.kvraudio.com/product/lokomot ... /downloads Replace the resources Folder with my provided one.
There is also a presets file in the works.
Best regards.
PS.: New Preset bank is ready: Tungee78 Presets:

Enjoy it!

Thanks, will try the skin, looks very nice
Edit: Where does Lokomtiv install the resource folder?
Just installed the latest version of it to get the 64 bit version, but in my VST folder I only find that dll is installed. No folder.
Can't find a folder from Arc5 in the programfiles or program data folders either?

At first I thought it was a ZX Spectrum soundchip emulator
It looks really good, though. It's a nice little synth with a distinctive sound, if a bit limited by today's freeware standards. And that is one nice skin!

That's interesting, that it can be done that directly on OSXtungee78 wrote:Numanoid, i dont know where the resource folder within the plugin in Windows is located?!

On Windows, I think I have to use something like Resource Hacker to be able to change the new images with the ones already used in Lokomotiv:

Were you able to get Tungee78's GUI to work with Resource Hacker?Numanoid wrote:That's interesting, that it can be done that directly on OSXtungee78 wrote:Numanoid, i dont know where the resource folder within the plugin in Windows is located?!

I must be too, I just went in and replaced all the corresponding files (or at least, I thought I did) yet got an error upon loading the updated dll. This is why I stick to making music and leave the developing to the devs

I got it to work when modding FBM's Ragnarök synth https://www.fullbucket.de/music/ragnarok.html
But I can't win them all I guess...

Did you ever post your mod here on KVR or was it just for personal use? I dig Ragnarok (all Full Bucket stuff really) but that GUI could use a little spicing up.Numanoid wrote:I got it to work when modding FBM's Ragnarök synth https://www.fullbucket.de/music/ragnarok.html
