It sounds great..
Is the "pitch" knob in the phrases instrument also MIDI automatable so you can use a phrase over a cord change?

I haven't had time to review the various tutorials/videos yet, but I plan to soon. From what I've already heard though, I imagine I will be purchasing this in the near future.
My current policy is to only buy new gear that does something unique that I can't get from the shedload of gear I already have. Clara looks like it might easily fall into that category. And the price does, indeed, look right.
Cheers

I completely agree 100%!! Although I have other vocal libraries, Clara is unique and very pleasant to my ears. I'm also trying my best to curb the GAS addiction and buying only unique instruments/VST's that I don't already own.BERFAB wrote:I haven't had time to review the various tutorials/videos yet, but I plan to soon. Almost forgot about this, just laid down the $40, downloading it now, it's a steal at this price, thanks!

Sounds great! Although all the demos I've heard (4-5) use lot of reverb ... is the reverb baked-in? I usually prefer a dry sound.

The reverb isn't baked-in. You click the Control tab and you can alter the reverb, predelay, size, delay, and feedback. If you want, you can of course use it flat and add your own effects.

Thanks man! I'm good to go then...
By the way, if I don't like it, it's all your fault

Hmmm... added it to my cart, but stuck on billing info entry page which is not working for me. After entering all the information and clicking next, it says, woops, sorry, your address needs to me more than 3 characters, and you need to accept the terms and conditions, even though my address info is more than three characters and I have accepted the T&Cs. Just goes in a loop.

Indeed, seem to be issues with the Findasound site. I tried filling in the form twice in chrome and once in firefox, same thing.
I tried once more in Firefox, and this time the error message I got was that there is already an account associated with my email. I doubt that as I have never set up an account with them, if their error messages are to be believed. Anyway, tried logging on as a registered user, using the address which they said was already associated. Got a message saying, nope we don't know that address. Tried asking for a password reset, but after entering my email address, the field just goes blank -- no sign whether anything was sent. And my email reveals that nothing was.
Shouldn't be this hard in 2016.
I've duly filled in Findasound's contact form, documenting every step. I got a "message sent" message -- hope it's true.
Really just want to paypal and go, y'know?
