Hi! Just bought vermilion and impressed so far. So - is there an area where user presets can be down/up loaded? I have the 2 sets from the website but would love to be able to check out more.
so many samples, so little time....

Heh - Apparently this is unlikely to get a response either, but Website is showing Vermilion updated to 1.2 but when I download, I still get 1.1.3. I have sent an email to support, so have 2 chances of getting this sorted!
Also would like a response on my first post above if possible.
Thanks, Ivan

A Quick update: I did indeed get a response from Kuassa, just not on here! Entirely my fault for not reading the announcement properly. The 1.2 version is NOT for Windows VST2.4 which is still currently at version 1.3!
My apologies to Kuassa

You can always tell if someone used VST2 or VST3. VST2 sounds much warmer.

I've been trying to transfer two of my licenses to another user, but have received no response after one week of waiting. Is this typical for Kuassa support or has my request been missed? The transfer tickets have already been purchased.

in my experience, they've replied within 24 hours, so probably something went wrong somewhere.
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

Hello Kevin, sorry about the delay and trouble.kevinsparks wrote:I've been trying to transfer two of my licenses to another user, but have received no response after one week of waiting. Just saw your post here. The office is at holiday from 9 to 21 of June.
Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until (21-22) when most of our team returns. Your email request is received and will be processed immediately after the holiday.
Thanks for the understanding!

I bought the $99 special which included an amp and 5 efektors.
I picked the Matchlock amp and I downloaded my 5 efectors.
I have the amp loaded and authorized and running fine.
How do I load the efektors I bought.
I'm not sure if I downloaded the corrrect version to use in the standalone amp.
Thanks for your help guys

Hello, please download our Amplifikation 360 suite, and everything installed and authorized will load inside. Then you will be able to load each efektors and amp inside and make your own chains and save them as presets. You can load amplifikation 360 as standalone or load it as plug-in in your preferred DAW.

It is a part of the Vermilion Amp. The Reverb Efektor contains more reverb types to choose from.

Thanks for the answer!
I had purchased most of the products,
but I was wondering since that was the only demos I had. I will buy it later.
By the way, just an opinion, I'd like to see the design changed to a GUI like the reason rack.
I don't think it needs to be just cool and look like the real thing. Because the sound is great.
What do you think?
