Sorry for the post, I never receive replies from AcousticSamples Contact Us page. I have the Kawai Pro EX for Kontakt. I bought the upgrade to UVI. It says I need an authorization code but I was never provided one. My iLok account does not contain an entry for the new software.
How does one activate this upgrade?

Hi Ken,
I know this issue has been sorted, but just so that people see it, you got an answer within a day (14 hours actually) plus as it was stated on the upgrade page, we proceed to the upgrades manually so you just had to wait for us to send the serial which we did.
I just would not want people to think we are unresponsive and slow to answer that's all

I went back and looked at the page and in fact there was a statement there saying "we do these upgrades manually". I do apologize for this and have since obtained the needed code.
