What is your favorite synthesizer solo, or song hook?

A video, name of song and performer, or link to the appropriate tune are all good.

I think my favorite from back in the 80's was this one.

It'd have to be either "Constant Motion" or "On The Backs Of Angels" (which is piano, though, but I categorize it as a synth solo anyway), both by Dream Theater.
My solo projects:
Hekkräiser (experimental) | MFG38 (electronic/soundtrack) | The Santtu Pesonen Project (metal/prog)

I saw Chick Corea in the early 80's in Springfield Mass, also playing that night was Hot Tuna and Bobby and the Midnights....fantastic night until exactly at 11:00 pm they pulled the plug on the show B&TM were still playing. City ordinance was it must stop at 11:00 and they meant it. Never went back to Springfield again :? Still it was a great show :)
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Funny, when I read 'synth solo' that's the first thing that popped into my head. Smooth and fits the song so well.

Maybe this is more a favourite middle 8 than a synth solo per se (being on a piano and everything...) but I always get a little shiver during the piano run in this...

(You can ignore the video though. Because 80s :))
