HARMOR image editing precision

Why is the images that HARMOR creates in linear Hz?
Instead of using logarithmic pitch which provides far better semitone resolution.


And why can't the images give more musical editing precision like photosounder?
And make the image have more high than 255. Like using 512.
And even having the image wider to better see the start of transients.
