Post

no mac version by the looks of it.
:borg:

That step sequencer looks very powerful, well done. Not sure if it wouldn't be a bit overwhelming for me though. :)

Seems nice!

No user defined grid lengths for the piano roll and step sequencer?

Also.. How do you insert a time signature change in the project? I'm only seeing a tempo change option.

That's MuLab. The answer related to MuX.

Still no proper loop-recording either, it seems... :-(

Oh, my bad - I somehow failed to realize that he was replying to RR...

In composer and in sequence parts, you've a tool box down at the bottom right. There's a tool-star icon to get the menu up. Edit lets you edit the current grid. There are some other ways to create a grid under "Create grid". You can also load and save grid presets and each part can have its own grid. So as the grid is the time signature, you've complete creative control over how you choose to handle "bars". (EDIT: set bar length to 1 beat then you can set use the grid to divide the beat as you like - cheating a bit.)

Oh cool! Good to hear. Will look at it tomorrow. Thank you

I think it'll get what you want - it's not as simple as just setting "4/4" then "5/4" on the time line, though - but a lot more flexible than that being the only way.

MuLab 7 has me astounded, it feels well thought out

i am picky on workflow details, and also greedy for value and features (more, more, more)
this little treasure that i have been demoing for 2 days truly delivers, it's inspiring,

MuLab just slaps me in the face and says 'shut up and make music!'

Wait a sec. It's more flexible? Does this mean you can set time sigs per track and do poly meters? :-o
