A lot of reviews of Rotten Tomatoes say that also, I'd better check it out!gaf_thit wrote:I agree.thecontrolcentre wrote:The movie Vanilla Sky (mentioned in the OP) is a remake of "Abres Los Ojos" which is a much better film imho.

Good one! Come to mention it I think I like anything with 80's music... I think I just like 80's musicBERFAB wrote:Easy. The Wedding Singer.
Actually most of Adam Sandler's movies have the same type of 80's pop soundtrack, but the Wedding Singer in particular had music cues that were actually timed to make you laugh, or at the least, smile. Is it even possible to watch a movie and then keep a straight face while "Pass the Dutchie" hits your ears during a scene transition?
And it was just icing on the cake to have Billy Idol play himself (and sing)...
Cheers

That's excluded from this thread, as per OP.Numanoid wrote:Easy, nothing can touch Blade Runner
As are a lot of other scores everyone has mentioned.
The challenge was: Songs already in existence.

Absolutely wonderful soundtrack. Amazing that the thread-starter mentioned a) not the run of the mill and b) really still my favorite.an-electric-heart wrote:Just a bit of a conversation starter.
Last night I watched a movie called Vanilla Sky, the movie wasn't great, but it had heaps of good songs in it, I think Nancy Wilson was heavily featured.

However, I'm recommending banning you for "the movie wasn't great"
